The City of Wellington has implemented the following plan in response to the forecasted inclement weather:

Crews will begin plowing once snowfall reaches approximately 4 inches and will continue until the storm has passed. After plowing is complete, salt will be applied to help melt any remaining snow and ice.

Crews will make every effort to push snow onto islands and easements and will try to avoid piling snow in front of driveways whenever possible.

Please check on your neighbors and offer assistance if you are able. Stay safe and warm—and hopefully spring isn’t too far away.
